Recently we have received many emails, facebook messages and texts about resources for those preparing their families for the journey of adoption.
First off CONGRATULATIONS and THANK YOU for saying yes! We love hearing your stories so please continue to share them with us!
There are a million tips we could give, like go to counseling, find a good support group, surround yourself with community, and educate yourself, but we are going to start simple with a few books those in our community have loved! There are many other books we could recommend but here is a start. For those not adopting, but love a good story we have also left a few for you here as well.
