Meet Karlisa, Jaclyn’s executive assistant and right hand on the ground in Mexico.
Karlisa and Carlos were Micheal and Jaclyn’s answer to prayer! After the Miller’s had to leave Mexico so suddenly, the Lopez family came into our lives not long after.
After connecting with a dear friend of the Miller’s through Karlisa’s work as a teacher, she would be the one to ultimately connect their family and hearts to ours.
She and Carlos joined Jaclyn’s parents on one of their trips back to check in, jumped in with both feet and the rest is history. They volunteered for MARKED for 1 year before Karlisa flew out to Georgia to meet the Miller’s where they would officially become staff.
Though a mama to their bio kids first, Karlisa has a huge heart to create family for those who most would deem unable to be “mothered”.
