Are you anything like us and spend your last few days before Christmas scrambling to finish up your shopping?
A Letter from Micheal & Jaclyn
It’s hard to believe we are at the close of yet another year. 2017 was filled with so much growth within the children and communities, but also for Marked. This year, we hit our goal of providing over 200,000 meals, with over 6,000 lbs of that being protein to those we reach, both in homes and villages.
What does Christmas have to do with Missions?
If you hang around a few missions organizations and nonprofits for long enough, you’ll probably start to notice that Christmas is our very favorite time of year. Maybe you’re thinking, “Duh. It’s everyone’s favorite time of year.” Good point. But maybe you’re also thinking, “They just use the Christmas season to ask us for more money.”
Say "Yes" this Christmas
As we jump into the madness of the Christmas shopping season, it’s easy to become quickly overwhelmed with all the options. Everyone is pulling for your attention, hoping that you’ll choose to purchase your gifts here, not there. It seems like every year there’s a new day of the week that becomes a special day to shop. From Cyber Monday to Black Friday to Small Business Saturday, it’s hard to keep track of it all.
A Marked Christmas
Fighting the Orphan Crisis with the Spirit of Adoption
This past Sunday, we celebrated Orphan Sunday. It’s one of our favorite days of the year. Churches and communities all over the world stop for one week to highlight this cause that’s so close to our hearts.

SUSTAINABILITY : The Key to a Thriving Non-Profit Organization
In everything we do, our heart is to create sustainability. We want to empower people to stand up and take ownership of their villages and cities. We want to give people everything they need to continue the work we’ve started, creating jobs and opportunities for people who would have otherwise stayed lacking.
